FRANKLIN. “House of Hope” is a modern farmhouse in the new Franklin neighborhood of Southern Preserve off Lewisburg Pike. The 4,200 square-foot home, built by Carbine & Associates, features a painted brick and fiber cement lap siding exterior, covered porches, a gourmet kitchen, four charming bedrooms, a children’s playroom and a family game room. “House for Hope” will be available for purchase and will include public tours March 4-12.

Proceeds from the sale and ticket purchases will benefit area children’s charities, and are estimated to reach the $100,000 charitable goal. More than a dozen designers and style bloggers have created a stunning showcase.

“As part of our company’s 30-year anniversary in building, rather than hosting a big party, we are pleased to be giving back to our community through the nonprofit 501(c)(3), House for Hope Foundation, and partnering with a design team of this caliber.” —James Carbine, Carbine & Associates

2017 House for Hope Designer Show House teamDaryl Walny, Carbine’s vice president of operations, said that over half a million people follow the design team on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. It has been an exciting journey,”

The House for Hope Foundation was begun in 1993 by Carbine, his brother, the late Denzel Carbine, and the Carbine team. Over the years, numerous subcontractors and vendors have joined Carbine in building beautiful homes with 100% of the proceeds helping area children’s charities.  This will be the first time a building team has partnered with multiple interior design creatives.

HOUSE OF HOPE Tours are available March 4-12, 2017.
